On The Run Plant Based Meal Prep – Reheating Instructions

Instructions to heat & eat:

Orange Tofu: Place entire meal in the uncovered container inside microwave and heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring every minute

Basic Bowl: Place entire meal in the uncovered container inside microwave and heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring every minute

Fried Chik’n Bowl: For crispiest chik’n results, place chik’n patty on a baking sheet in toaster over at 300 degrees for up to 5 minutes. Place the rest of the meal in the uncovered container inside microwave and heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring every minute. Or place the entire meal inside the microwave for the quickest, easiest preparation.

Beef Salad: No need to heat this one, just grab and eat! If you’d like to heat up the beef strips we recommend tossing them on a plate and covering with a napkin and heating them for 3 minutes.

Chik’n Parm: For crispiest chik’n results, place chik’n patty on a baking sheet in toaster over at 300 degrees for up to 5 minutes. Place the rest of the meal in the uncovered container inside microwave and heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring every minute. Or place the entire meal inside the microwave for the quickest, easiest preparation.

Eggplant Parmesan- For best results: Place crispy eggplant in the toaster oven on a baking sheet at 300 for 4-6 minutes. Place the rest of the meal uncovered, inside the microwave for 1-3 minutes, take the meal out and stir it every minute. If you put the entire meal in the microwave, separate the eggplant and microwave for 1-2 minutes. 

Vegan breakfast bowl- Place the entire meal into the microwave, uncovered and heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring every minute. 

BBQ tofu plate- For best results, remove tofu and place in a toaster oven on a baking sheet for 3-6 minutes. Place the rest of the meal inside the microwave for 3-5 minutes, stirring at every minute. If you place the entire meal in the microwave, heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring every minute. 

Chik’n Fried Steak- For best results: place chik’n fried steak on a baking sheet inside your toaster oven for 3-5 minutes at 300 degrees. Place the remainder of the meal uncovered, inside the microwave for 3-5 minutes, stirring every minute. If you place the entire meal in the microwave, heat for 4-5 minutes and separate the chik’n fried steak if possible, checking it every minute.

Hamburger steak plate- Heat the entire meal uncovered, in the microwave for 3-5 minutes stirring every minute. 

Eggplant Parmesan- For best results: Place crispy eggplant in the toaster oven on a baking sheet at 300 for 4-6 minutes. Place the rest of the meal uncovered, inside the microwave for 1-3 minutes, take the meal out and stir it every minute. If you place the entire meal in the microwave, heat for 4-5 minutes and separate the chik’n fried steak if possible, checking it every minute.

Hamburger steak plate- Heat the entire meal uncovered, in the microwave for 3-5 minutes stirring every minute.
